As part of placing an order, you will need to indicate how you would like to receive your completed job. You can opt to pick it up at our office or have us ship it to the destination of your choice.

There is no charge for will call orders (Orders picked up from our office.)

Shipping
Orders that are shipped will be charged the actual freight cost. Unless you have indicated a specific freight carrier to your sales representative, we will ship your order by UPS Ground service.
If you want to use your own shipping account from UPS, FedEx or DHL please notify your sales representative at order placement.
KI Delivery Truck
Occasionally, for our customers within just a few miles of our office, we can deliver the orders for a small delivery fee. The delivery minimum cost is $10.00.
Additionally, large volume orders may also be delivered with our delivery truck depending how large and order is and how close the order needs to be delivered. If you believe your order needs to be delivered by our driver rather than through normal ground shipping, please contact your sales representative.
