Compare us to competitors and include all the extra costs... - Screen charges - Set-up costs - Rush charges - Delivery charges - Art charges - Special Ink charges - Special placement charges - Reorder costs When all pricing factors are taken into consideration, Kustom Imprints guarantees to be the lowest price on every product we sell.* If a local competitor advertises or quotes a price lower than the price offered by Kustom Imprints, please let your sales representative know. We pledge to match that competitor's price and give you superior customer service, art design as well as a large selection of products. All price match inquires must be accompanied by legitimate proof of a competitor's pricing, which could include an advertisement, price quote or specific web page link. This can be emailed to us at sales@kustomimprints.com or faxed to us (714) 771-5798. All competitor's associated costs need to be considered in the price match, such as art charges, screen charges, setup fees, delivery costs and other extras. *Kustom Imprints price match guarantee is for quantities of 48 pieces and higher. Our guarantee is only for standard ink colors, imprint locations, imprint sizes and delivery deadlines. Our guarantee does not include 4-color process screen print work, which often is too specialized to consistently compare with other screen printers in our industry. |
