Applique / Tackle Twill Stitch Options |

These are our two standard stitch styles that we sew around the twill lettering or applique shapes. The zig zag stitch commonly is the same thread color similar as the tackle twill fabric it is sewn on. (The zig-zag stitch example above is two different tackle twill layers.) For a satin stitch sewing, the embroidery is so dense and close that it appears as a solid outline. We commonly sew a contrasting thread color around the tackle twill when using a satin stitch as in the example above.
