Art Preparation Policy
There is NEVER an art charge when you use one of our hundreds of online designs and change them to fit your specific needs. Simple alterations like color change, name or text changes, font style changes, and clip art graphic changes all can be done with no art charges.
Every order receives 30 minutes FREE art preparation from our art department
If you have your own design or simply just a design idea, it's no problem. We can work with you whether its production ready, a mere concept in your head or somewhere in between. Kustom Imprints allows 1 hour of free artwork preparation time with each order. If your design requires more than 30 minutes of work, the additional charge is $50.00 per hour. If you are curious as to how long it will take to develop your design, contact our art department to get a time estimate.

Electronic Artwork
We Prefer Vector Artwork (Adobe Illustrator / Macromedia Freehand / Corel Draw)
We use Adobe Illustrator CS3 in-house to make designs PRODUCTION READY for screen printing. If you have the ability to submit us your design(s) in Adobe Illustrator, that makes our job the easiest. If you are doing so, please make sure all fonts are converted to outlines and it is saved as a .eps or .ai file. Additionally, make sure the file does not have outside embedded files that are not included.
If you have one of the following file types... JPEG, GIF, TIF, PS, DOC
We should be able to view your design, but it may not be usable as PRODUCTION READY artwork. We may have to recreate the artwork. If so, we will do our best to match the design integrity of the original. In some cases, the design may take longer than your free 1 hour of artwork preparation.
