How To Submit Address List

We can accept your address list in many ways. While the most common format sent to us an Excel spreadsheet ( .xlsx, .xls, ) - we can also accept data .csv, .tab, .txt format too.

Your file must be complete for both address & item information

ADDRESS: Separate data fields for address including Name, Company, Address, City, State & Zip Code

• Name field(s) can be separate First & Last or combined as Full Name
• Company field is not mandatory - it can be left empty
• Use abbreviation for State field
• Zip Code field can be 5 digit or 9 digit
• USA Addresses Only - We do not ship outside of US 50 states with address lists

ITEM INFORMATION: Separate data fields are also need to be included so we know what items to ship to what individuals.

• Item Style field is only required if a variety of item options are to be shipped
• Item Size is only required if a variety of sizes are to be shipped
• Item Color is only required if a variety of color options are to be shipped
